Issue: Customer has hosted phones and after making a call and talking for 2 – 3 minutes, the caller gets disconnected, but it still shows the call live on the phone.
Resolution: Customer was using a Sonicwall TZ-215. They did not have their SIP ALG and SIP Transformation settings set properly.
