Music on Hold

Changing the default MoH when putting caller’s on hold

Requirements: Dynasky access with Office Manager role or higher

  1. Settings
  • Enable Music on Hold: The system will play the uploaded MoH
  • Randomize Music on Hold: The system will play the uploaded MoH on Random order
  • Play introductory greeting: Audio that will play before the system plays the audio on the MoH list. Best use is “This call is recorded for quality and training purposes”

2. Add Music

  • Click Browse to select the MoH file from your computer
  • Enter MoH name on Song Name field
  • Click the Upload button
