Issue: Customer goes into their mailbox to check their mailbox and when the customer chooses to listen to new messages, just hears dead air.
Resolution: The customer had a blank message that someone left in their mailbox. Waited till the end of the message and then deleted it when prompted to hear the message again or delete it.
