Customer x233 has no messages in their mailbox and the message light won’t shut off
Resolution: After logging into the web portal of the phone itself, there was an account active under account 3 for x127. Because x127 had messages, the light was lit. Removed the account for x127 and rebooted the phone. The light went away.
