Add Ringback to a Call Queue

Requirements: Dynasky access with Office Manager role or higher

Download Ringback File

Click here to download the ringback.wav file. (Right Click on the page then Save the file)

  1. Go to Call Queue Tab

2. To the right of the Call Queue you want to edit, click on Edit MoH

3. Click on Add Music

4. Click Browse to select the ringback.wav file from your computer

5. Enter Ringback in the Song Name field

6. Click the Upload button
